I use one of theses covers art to show the Nagai characters on the main page.

I've never seen that manga but it's the one i would like to see the most now.

Do you know if this manga was translated in english by fans??

The first chapter was released by Dynamic Pro Scanlations (http://getterrobo.blogspot.com/). It was a collaboration with Project Bite me! (http://projectbitemescans.blogspot.com/) but they disagreed on things (typeset etc) so only the first chapter was ever released.
